The Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission received over 300 submissions in response to it's consultation document: Making a Bill of Rights, issued in September 2001. Here you can find 248 submissions in our online database.
Using the left-hand screen menu you can browse the full A-Z List of submissions, or Search for specific submissions by author, keyword or (if known) submission number. Each submission appears as a PDF (portable document format) file. You will need Acrobat Reader to open the files.

In addition to this database a published summary of the views expressed in submissions was completed in July 2003 and is available online HERE or in printed copy from the Commission. The Commission has also made submissions available for public reference in its resource library at:
